Ramsbottom United are delighted to announce the signing’s of Kobe McWilliams, Will Riding and Ryan Lockett.

The three new lads have come in to try and help the Rams in their fight against relegation with Manager David Chadwick hoping that they’ll be able to hit the ground running and help keep his side in the division.

Ryan Lockett joins the club from local team Tottington United who play in the Manchester League. Ryan has also played for Oldham Athletic and Accrington Stanley at youth level. The young local lad has a fantastic record for Tottington scoring 12 goals as well as getting 11 assists in just 13 starts for the club.

Another signing that Chadwick’s been able to bring in is Kobe McWilliams who started for the Rams in their defeat against Clitheroe on Tuesday night. Kobe joins the club from Nantwich Town who play in the division above. The young midfielder has made a number of appearances for The Dabbers this season and is hoping to cement a permanent position in the heart of the Rams midfield.

The third addition to the squad is Will Riding. Will has arrived from Northern Premier League side Bamber Bridge and has been on dual registration with Charnock Richard since November where he made 17 appearances scoring one goal and picking up two man of the match awards. The midfielder will be hoping to emulate that fine form for the Rams.
