Lee Donafee’s side go ‘international’ this weekend as we make the trip into deepest North Wales to face Cymru Premier side Bala Town in our next pre-season friendly.

As per normal, we will be producing a full preview of the game shortly, but the below is some information from Bala Town on the game itself.

First of all, kick off is now at 2.30pm – and not 3.00pm as previously announced.

Admission prices are £5 for adults and £1 for children under 16.

Due to Covid regulations that are still in place in Wales, it is cash only and exact cash as well, as no change can be given.

According to the AA Route Planner, it is 94.2 miles from Ramsbottom to Bala along the M53, passing Chester and Wrexham and heading to the western edge of the Snowdonia National Park.

The ground looks spectacular and the game, against a side that qualified to play in the new UEFA Conference League, going out 2-0 to Larne from Ireland, shows that it will be a tough encounter.

Let’s get behind Lee and the team and make the trip into foreign lands!

Come on the Rams!!!
